This qualification is intended for learners to gain an in depth understanding of PC Architecture, Software and Operating Systems. Learners wishing to learn about building and troubleshooting PC’s will benefit from this course. Individuals will be responsible for the identifying, maintaining and resolving of all desktop computer problems within an organisation

“Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate” will enable you to install and manage Windows from small/medium to large enterprises. This programme will enable you to work with the end-user in support. You will be able to maintain the entire lifecycle of the operating system and do a seamless upgrade from previous versions of Windows and various software applications. For technical support on the end-client side, this qualification will definitely cover all aspects needed for you to be the administrator of the client side operating systems.

(IT) INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY: SYSTEMS SUPPORT –
NATIONAL DIPLOMA

The qualifying learner at this level will be a well-rounded IT professional with the technical skills needed for the IT industry, learners will be able to implement networking systems and trouble shoot common types of hardware and software problems.

This in demand curriculum provides the learner with all the skills needed to set up and configure an advanced network infrastructure. This includes Small Office/Home Office (SOHO) networks, all the way to the new “Campus Style” network infrastructure. All of this is done using the industry leading CISCO brand of equipment and implementations. Learners will be equipped to become top earners in their field as well as industry experts.
